Draft pending legal review. Details in square brackets will be completed before publication.
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of this website, whose owner is identified in the legal notice. By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
These terms cover the website only. Once the Elisaber platform is available, its use will be governed by its own terms of service, which you’ll be able to read before signing up.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- Damage, overload or disrupt the site or its systems.
- Try to access non-public areas or data.
- Introduce viruses or any malicious code.
- Use the content for purposes contrary to the law or these terms.
3. Information about the service
Elisaber is in preparation. The information on the site describes the product we are building and may change before launch. Interface images are illustrative. Nothing on the site constitutes a contractual offer.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s content and the Elisaber brand are protected. You may view them and share links to them, but not reproduce them or use them commercially without written permission.
5. Links to other sites
If the site links to third-party pages, it does so for reference only. We don’t control those pages and aren’t responsible for their content.
6. Liability
We try to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing above limits any liability that, as a consumer, the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction where consumer law so provides; otherwise, those of the owner’s registered address. For any question or complaint, please write to us first at contacto@elisaber.example.
